Leads a lawn care crew and manages daily routes, ensuring all properties are serviced efficiently and to company standards. Oversees crew performance, maintains equipment, and communicates with clients as needed to ensure consistent, reliable service.

Oversees landscape projects from start to finish, managing crew production, materials, and job site organization. Ensures all work is completed with attention to detail and in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Manages hardscape projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, crew oversight, and material coordination. Ensures proper installation practices—such as excavation, base preparation, grading, and drainage—while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client communication throughout the project.

Responsible for maintaining all equipment, trucks, and trailers through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. Manages parts inventory, organizes the shop, and ensures all equipment is job-ready to support efficient daily operations.
